Meet Steve Hardy, Regional Manager for Capital Premium Finance, Inc. Capital Premium Financing, Inc. is a specialty lender that has been providing commercial insurance premium loans for more than 30 years. Capital has built its reputation for reliability on unique service options and exclusive profit-sharing programs. Since its organization in 1988, Capital has experienced strong, consistent growth as it has expanded to a nation-wide service. David F. Gabrielsen, its founder, serves as its CEO and continues to manage relationships with agents to this day. Capital’s highly skilled management team shares 150 years of collective experience between commercial banking, investment portfolio management, and financial institution regulation. Steve is the Regional Manager for Nevada, working as the local relationship manager and expert on our products, services, and revenue-sharing. He also serves as a Vice President and Territory Director in the western region. He has been with Capital Premium Financing for almost 10 years and worked in the corporate office for many years. The knowledge and experience he has gained working on the inside is invaluable and has helped him better serve their clients and partners.
Steve has been married for over 11 years to his best friend Kelli who works as a registered nurse at a children's hospital and mom to their 3 beautiful children. Brenden and Braxton are identical 6-year-old twin boys and our little princess Brooklyn just turned 3. Steve loves being a Dad. He and his wife love their family time and enjoy doing anything outdoors especially amusement parks, camping, fishing, swimming and boating.
Steve is very active with the NIIA. He contributes his desire to be involved because of the networking opportunities, to build relationships/friendships in the industry, to learn and stay connected, to serve, to grow our business and to have fun with great people. His favorite NIIA or Big I events are the Las Vegas and Reno tradeshows, the Tahoe convention, and Top Golf in Las Vegas. He says he always has so much fun at these events building relationships, capitalizing on opportunities, learning, and meeting new people. NIIA does a fantastic job. It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of the association and for Capital Premium Financing to be an NIIA Platinum Partner for so many years.
